Daleiden Family

For generations, families have trusted Daleiden Mortuary for compassionate, professional funeral and cremation services. Our goal is simple: to ease your burden and help you create a meaningful, affordable tribute that honors your loved one. We guide you through funeral planning, cremation options, memorial services, and celebrations of life for every budget. Our experienced funeral directors provide personalized care, helping families in Aurora, Illinois and surrounding communities create services that bring lasting peace of mind.

Founded in 1902 by Peter M. Daleiden, Daleiden Mortuary has remained family-owned for over a century. Through multiple generations, the Daleiden family has grown and modernized while staying deeply committed to serving the Aurora community with dignity and integrity.

In 2023, fourth-generation co-owner Stephanie Daleiden retired after 33 years of dedicated service to enjoy her new role as a first-time grandmother.

Today, the mortuary continues its legacy of compassionate care under the leadership of Anastasia Daleiden Yokosawa, providing a warm, home-like environment where families feel supported during life’s most difficult moments.
