To our Families & Neighbors: We remain open to serve you.
In response to this ever changing public health concern, we have taken many precautionary measures to help mitigate the spread of the virus including:
- Daily deep cleaning & sanitizing all surfaces of our funeral home, in line with CDC recommendations.
- Offering phone and email arrangements, whenever possible, to meet the needs of the families we are privileged to serve.
- Adjusting services to meet your needs at this time while complying with state and local authorities and standing ready to begin full services whenever we are able.
- We have implemented a complicated but unique and effective "COVID-19 Emergency Response Plan" that will allow our business to keep functioning in spite of this pandemic so that we can be of service to you, if needed.
We understand that the gathering of friends at a time of loss is often vital to the positive mental health and grief process for those who remain. We will therefore be offering & arranging Memorial and Celebration of Life Services in the future to the families we have served during this fateful time, for those who would like to do that, once this terrible pandemic is over / under control.
We are committed to responding urgently to the needs of the communities we serve.
We are available 24/7 to speak with anyone who has specific questions that haven't been answered here. Please do so by calling (630) 631-5500.
We wish you all good health during this crisis.
The Daleiden Family & Staff stand ready to help however we can and are available 24/7 to assist you with any questions you may have.
