Thomas Joseph "Tom" Jarecki, age 75, beloved husband to Kathryn, died peacefully after many months of working to recover from a hit and run car accident. Tom was born on March, 2 1946 on the South Side of Chicago (Go Sox!) to Stephen and Anne Jarecki. He spent all of his life in the Chicagoland area, ultimately calling Aurora home.

Tom was a cherished father, brother, grandfather and much-loved uncle. He leaves behind his children Sara, Chris (Bridget), and Kate; his brother Steve (Sue), and his grandchildren Olivia, Jacob, and Emily. He will be deeply missed by his many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends, all of whom he adored. Tom's motto was always "Happy and Happier." May we all strive to carry on this legacy.

Funeral from THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY will be Friday, June 18, 2021 at 9:30am to Holy Angels Church at 10:00am. Fr. Dean Smith will officiate. Inurnment will be private.
