Sergio Ramirez Alaniz, 22, of Aurora passed away at his home on September 21, 2021. He was born October 7, 1998 in Valparaiso, Zacatecas, Mexico.
Sergio graduated with an Associates Degree at Waubonsee Community College. He was a smart loving son and brother. He enjoyed playing video games with his friends and was a mathematic whiz. Everything he did in his life he did with passion. He was very humble and kind and will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his parents Romelia (Alaniz) and Sergio Ramirez of Aurora, IL; his sister Guadalupe Ramirez-Alaniz of Aurora, IL and his two brothers Cesar and Daniel Ramirez both of Aurora, IL.
Funeral from THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY will be Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 9:45am to St. Mary Church at 10:15am. Fr. Timothy Piasecki will officiate with interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Friday, September 24, 2021 from 3:00pm until 7:00pm at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 N. Lake St., Aurora, 630-631-5500.



Sergio Ramírez Alaniz, 22, de Aurora falleció en su casa el 21 de septiembre de 2021. Nació el 7 de octubre de 1998 en Valparaíso, Zacatecas, México. Sergio se graduó con un título de asociado en Waubonsee Community College. Era un hijo y un hermano inteligente y cariñoso. Disfrutaba jugando videojuegos con sus amigos y era un genio de las matemáticas. Todo lo que hizo en su vida lo hizo con pasión. Fue muy humilde y amable y todos los que lo conocieron lo extrañarán. Le sobreviven sus padres Romelia (Alaniz) y Sergio Ramirez de Aurora, IL; su hermana Guadalupe Ramirez-Alaniz de Aurora, IL y sus dos hermanos Cesar y Daniel Ramirez ambos de Aurora, IL.

El funeral de THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY será el sábado 25 de septiembre de 2021 a las 9:45 am en la iglesia St. Mary a las 10:15 am. P. Timothy Piasecki oficiará con el entierro en el cementerio de Mt.
