Sandra L, Vocht, 82, of Batavia, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 14, 1943, in Aurora, Illinois,
Sandra was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister she will be dearly missed by all who loved her. She enjoyed Sewing, baking, reading, but most of all she loved caring for her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Donald C. Vocht; her daughter, Kelly (Kevin Schuster) Grubbs; two granddaughters, Lindsey (Thomas Lawson) Acosta, Katelyn Bueschen; two grandchildren, Dominic Acosta, Viviana Acosta; her sister, Sharon Precup; a sister-in-law, Darlene VanderBloemen; three nieces, Leanna Precup, her goddaughter, Sharon (Kurt) Mueller, Janet (Mike) Hughes; two nephews, Greg (Karen) Precup, Gary VanderBloemen; many great nieces and nephews; her grand dog, Chance Allen.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Evelyn (Goff) Buchtler; her son, John Charles Vocht in infancy; and her brother, William Brosi.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 North Lake Street, Aurora, Illinois 60506. (630) 631-5500.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 29, 2026, at 6:00 PM at DALEIDEN MORTUARY, Fr. Jerome Leake will officiate. Interment will be private.
