Rosemarie Martha Larson (Rosie), age 95 of Aurora IL passed away peacefully at her home on 12/24/23. She was born on 11/25/28 in Aurora, IL the daughter of Carl E. Ries Sr. and Martha A Ries. Rosie was married 8/23/47 to Donald L. Larson and spent the next 76 years happily together. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt of many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by her loving family and many loving friends.

Rosie is survived by her husband Donald of Aurora, IL, two daughters Barbara (Michael) Carnright and Nancy (Mark) Horton, her granddaughters Samantha (Alex) PIccolo and Alexandria (Henry) Horton-Cilley; her great granddaughter Parker as well as her nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Carl.

She had a way of making everyone she met feel special. Rosie was the life of the party, and was always the last one to leave. Our many thanks go out to her personal caregivers, Sandi, Dorothy, Bo & Selenge, along w/ Ascension Alexian Brothers hospice.
