Rosalio "Charlie" Aguirre, 39, of Aurora, passed away on February 24, 2021. He was born on June 10, 1981 in Aurora, IL.
Charlie joined the United States Army in 2006. He served honorably in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and received decorations that included a Purple Heart medal.
He was an amazing son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. He enjoyed spending time with all his loved ones especially his nieces & nephews.
He leaves behind his mother, Marilu Ibarra; his father, Juan Ramon Aguirre; 3 brothers, 4 sisters, 11 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, March 5, 2021 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 N. Lake St., Aurora, 630-631-5500.
Due to Covid-19 pandemic protocols, non-family visitors are asked to pay their respects to the family for only a few minutes and exit the funeral home in a timely fashion. Social distancing and face masks are required for those in attendance.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 6, at Riverside Cemetery in Montgomery.
