Ronald E. Dunlap, 73, of North Aurora, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2024 at OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center in Peru, IL. He was born October 8, 1951 in Aurora, IL.
Ronald was a proud United States Air Force veteran. He was a longtime member of the National Rifle Association. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather.
He is survived by his four children, Dawn (Joe) Scumaci, Shannon (Chuck) Norris, Michelle Dunlap, Judy Waisvillas; eleven grandchildren, Gianna (Mike), Joe, III, Kaitlyn, Kamryn (Michael), Tyler, Alyssa, Emily, Nathan, Cynthia, Bella, Brooklyn; three great grandchildren, Mark, III, Rylee, Michael, Jr.; his father, James Dunlap; a sister, Sharon (Larry) Smith; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy (Mauer) Dunlap; two brothers, Jim Dunlap, Tom Dunlap.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 6:00 PM. Interment will private.
