Robert F. Eddy, Sr., 85, of Aurora, passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at The Vistas of Fox Valley. He was born on August 31, 1936 in Chicago, the son of Kenneth Frank and Beatrice Louise (Babcock) Eddy. For over fifty years he owned Eddy & Son Painting.
He is survived by his son, Robert (Sheri) Eddy, Jr. of Sugar Grove; daughter, Robin (Scott Janata) Eddy-Alliston of Geneva; Debbie (Lonnie) Clark, Dianna (Tim Henley) Zinzer, Vicky (Bill) Spence, and Alpha Miller; six grandchildren, Tim Eddy, Danille Eddy, Sammi Eddy, Robby (Sam) Eddy, Tyler Beitler, and Jacob Eddy.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents and fiancé, Jennie Kerns.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 N. Lake Street, Aurora.
