Patricia A. Entile, 92, of Aurora, died Sunday April 9, 2023, at Jennings Terrace in Aurora. She was born September 25, 1930, in Aurora, the daughter of Robert and Svea (Anderson) Nelson.
She graduated from East High School in 1948, and then attended St. Charles School of Nursing from which she graduated in 1951.
Patricia worked as a Registered Nurse at St. Charles Hospital and then at Fox River Pavilion for 35 years. She enjoyed travelling, especially to Europe and Wisconsin, and cooking, especially lasagna. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
She married Patrick Entile June 2, 1956 at St. Peter's Church in Aurora.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband Patrick in 2003.
Survivors include her sons Robert (Catherine) Entile of Yorkville and Steven Entile of Aurora; her grandsons Matthew (Stephanie) Entile of Oswego and Daniel (Ashley) Entile of Sugar Grove; her great grandchildren Vivian, Elena, and Dean; and her sister-in-law Anna Entile of Aurora.
Funeral service will be held Friday, April 14, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Faith Lutheran Church in Aurora. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Aurora.
Visitation will be held Friday from 10:00 AM until time of service in the church.
