Owen "Ownie" Normile Kane, IV, of Aurora, died January 20, 2023 at the age of 66. He attended Holy Angels Grade School, Benet Academy, and St. Mary's of the Plains College in Kansas.
He was an avid, lifelong super fan of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Chicago Bears.
He is survived by his partner of 37 years, Cindy Klingbeil, his siblings Patti (Jim) Root of Hoopeston, Nancy (David) Kane-Richards of St. Charles, Kevin (Patty) Kane of Lombard, Molly (Jeff) Roberts and James (Mary) Kane all of Aurora; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Owen Kane III and Cecilia (Fitzgerald) Kane and siblings Sheila Vertenten, Tim Kane and Kathy Kane.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023 FROM 1:00pm until 4:00pm at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY. Funeral services will be private.
