Kimberley Ann Snyder, 49, of DeKalb, died suddenly at home September 3, 2022. She was born May 28, 1973 in Aurora, the daughter of David and Nancy (Moore) Snyder.
Kim graduated from Our Lady of Good Counsel in 1987 and then from Aurora Central Catholic High School in 1991. She continued her education at Benedictine University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1996.
Survivors include her father David (Mary) Snyder of Yorkville; her mother Nancy (John) Clemetsen of Sycamore; her brother Christopher David (Debora) Snyder of Gurnee; her stepbrothers Michael (Renee) Clemetsen, Edward Clemetsen, Sean Buck and Aaron Buck; her stepsisters Sara Buck, Angela Buck, and Katy Buck; her nieces Jacqueline Clemetsen, Gabrielle Clemetsen and Kendall Pearson, as well as Brittni (Justin) Ceja, Kari (Jarett) Diederich and Heather Patarozzi. She is also survived by her much loved great nieces and nephews Ava Camarena, Arlo and Mila Diederich, and Bryce and Logan Ceja; her loving aunts Kathy (Edward) Bartels, Patricia (Robert) Hartman, and Jeri Snyder; and her very best friend Annette McMahon and her much loved Goddaughter Brennagh.
Kim was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Eugene and Hildegarde Snyder; her maternal grandparents Ralph and Agnes Moore; her Godmother Carol J. Owens; her uncle Eugene Snyder Jr.; and her aunt Annette Snyder.
Funeral services will be held Monday, September 12, 2022 at 9:30 AM from THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church at 10:00 AM, Fr. Jerome Leake will officiate. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Sunday, September 11, 2022 from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM with a Wake Service at 2:00 at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 N. Lake St., Aurora, IL 60506. 630-631-5500.
