Kathryn O. Lasota, 64, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at Mercy Medical Center in Aurora. Kathryn was born on February 10, 1959 in South Portland, Maine, the daughter of Harold and Gwendolyn Marston. On February 14, 2011 she married her best friend, David Lasota in Streamwood.
A devoted wife and loving mother, Kathryn enjoyed antiques and co-owned The Cornucopia Tea and Gift Shop in Aurora with her husband David. The store was a life-long dream and will be her legacy. She was also employed for twenty years with the Illinois Hospital Association. She is cherished and will be missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of twelve years, David Lasota; children, Adam B. Lasota and Nicole C. Lasota.
Preceding her in death are her parents.
Funeral service will be held Friday, January 5, 2024 at 6:00 PM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY 220 N. Lake Street, Aurora.
