Kathleen Therese Durran of Aurora, IL passed away Wednesday, August 28 at Pearl- Orchard Valley Nursing Home at the age of 95. She was born October 27, 1928 in Aurora, IL to Arthur and Jeanette (DeSotell) Weingart.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Chester Durran (age 85), by her son Charles Durran (age 64), her sister Marella Kipley (age 67) and her sister Lillian Jarka (age 81).

She is survived by many nieces and nephews who remember their "Aunt Kay" as some who smiled easily and had a contagious laugh. She loved telling stories of the family which seemed to get better with each re-telling.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery; Fr. Jerome Leake will officiate.
