Karen L. (Korody) Reeves, 65, of Aurora, Illinois, passed away peacefully Monday, October 10, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born October, 14, 1956 in Aurora, Illinois.

Karen was a lifelong member of St. Michael Church. She had a deep love of animals especially dogs. She was a foster parent to many rescue dogs and supporter of Dog Scouts of America and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. She enjoyed crafts including quilting and crocheting.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister; she will be dearly missed by those who loved her.

She is survived by her four children, Shawn Thomas, Lee (Nicole) Stone, Charles Stone, Rebecca (Steve) Lamczyk; fifteen grandchildren, Jacob Thomas, Brooklyn Thomas, Nicholas Thomas, Zachary Stone, Connor Stone, Lily Stone, Lewis (Schylar) Stone, Dylan Stone, Ethan Stone, Morgan Stone, Courtney Stone, Steven Lamczyk, Emma Lamczyk, Ann Lamczyk, George Lamczyk; a great granddaughter, Harley Stone; her brother, Stephen Korody.

She was preceded in death by parents, Lewis C. and Emily (Ciko) Korody; her son Milan Oscar Stone, II.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 14, 2022 at 9:30 AM from THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY to St. Michael Church at 10:00 AM; Fr. Remus Orian will officiate with interment at St. Michael Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 North Lake Street, Aurora, IL 60506. (630) 631-5500.
