Janice H. Evans (Trentt) passed away in her home October 26, 2020. She was 85.

She was born to Harry and Bernice (Wolgast) Trentt on October 9, 1935 in Batavia, Illinois. She was the 4th of 11 children. She married James J. Evans on April 3, 1954 and had three daughters. She was a member of Saint Rita of Cascia.

She was survived by two of her daughters, Theresa (Steve) Bundy of Montgomery, Il and Constance (Tony) Yost of Mendota, Il. She has 11 grandchildren Stephanie (Jason) Laman, Dawn (Tony) Newberry, Bradley (Shannon) Evans, Cheryl (Todd) Hennig, Crystal (Marlon) Batiste, Brooke Grimes, Maxwell Evans-See, Kenneth Pitts Jr, Elizabeth Evans-See, Nicholas Fredres, and Jordan Pitts. She had 26 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren, and one brother Robert Trentt of Batavia, Il.


She was preceded in death by her husband James, one daughter Kimberly Fredres, her parents, her brothers Arthur (KIA Korea), William, Ronald, Wallace, and Richard Trentt, four sisters Dolores, Carol, Christine, and Bonnie.


Services will be held Thursday, October 29th, 2020 at Daleiden Mortuary. Visitation from 10:30AM-12:30PM. Services to follow. Burial at Marywood Cemetery.
