Jacquelyn Marie (Konen) Frantzen, 65, of North Aurora, IL passed away peacefully on January 7th 2026. Jackie was born on March 8, 1960, in Aurora, IL to Richard and Mary Kay (Kearns) Konen. She is a graduate of Aurora Central Catholic High School where she also worked for ten years and is a dedicated member of Annunciation Catholic Church.

She was the heart of her family despite her love for the Chicago Cubs. As a wife, she was a true partner and best friend to her husband of 42 years, Daniel, sharing a lifetime of memories, laughter, and devotion. As a mother, she gave endlessly of herself, always putting her children first. As a grandma she found her greatest joy, delighting in every moment spent with her grandchildren, including cuddling in the recliner with her heated blanket and providing endless amounts of popsicles and water balloon fights. Her home was always filled with laughter, good conversation, and the simple joys of being together.

She will forever be missed by her husband, Daniel Frantzen, two daughters, Ashley (Daniel) Sanchez and Brooke (Matthew) Minuth, and one son, Luke Frantzen. She is also survived by her greatest loves, her grandchildren: Audrey and Camden Sanchez and Madeline, Ava, and Barrett Minuth. Additionally, she is survived by her siblings, Kathleen Konen (Mike Stark), Mary Ann (Ted) Horn, Daniel (Dena) Konen, and Colleen (Dan Skowronski) Konen, brother-in-law Marty Feltes, and sister-in-law Sharon Konen. She is also survived by her mother-in-law Marie Frantzen, brothers-in-law Terry (Mary Ann) Frantzen, Mike (Diane) Frantzen, sisters-in-law Joan Frantzen, Peggy (Steve) Smith, and Sue Frantzen (Norm Schambaugh), and countless nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many special friends.

Jackie is now reunited in heaven with family members who have gone before her including her parents, Richard and Mary Kay Konen, sister Melody Feltes, brother Patrick Konen, nephews Sean and Joey Sleezer, father-in-law William Frantzen, sister-in-law Stacy Frantzen, and brother-in-law Bruce Frantzen.

Jackie's family will be receiving guests to honor her life on Monday, January 12th, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at The Daleiden Mortuary (220 N. Lake St., Aurora, IL. 630-631-5500). Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 9:30 AM from The Daleiden Mortuary to Annunciation Catholic Church at 10:00 AM with Father McFadden officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
