Jacqueline "Jackie" Mae Lonberger, 32, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 4th, 2020. She was born February 10, 1988 in Winfield, IL.

Jackie had worked as a CNA and had recently gone back to Chamberlain University School of Nursing to obtain her BS in Nursing.

Jackie was an animal lover and previously volunteered for Illinois Doberman Rescue. She also fostered numerous dogs. Some of them became permanent residents. Her dogs were her love.

She was a talented pianist and vocalist. She started playing by ear at age 3 and then had many years of formal lessons. She also composed some beautiful songs.

She is survived by her mother, Vickie Lonberger; her brother, Geoffrey Lonberger (Angela Romeo); grandmother, Jacqueline Metzger and her loving aunts including Gail Hanck; uncles Joe (Marilyn) Metzger; Paul Metzger Jr. and Ted (Sabrina) Metzger, cousins, her beloved niece Brooklyn Lonberger and her cherished dogs, "Layla", "Cooper" and "Ivy".

She was preceded in death by her father, Greg Lonberger; maternal grandfather, Paul Metzger Sr. and paternal grandparents, Garnet and Carmen Lonberger.

She will be greatly missed by her family but we know we will see her again one day in Heaven.

Funeral service will be Friday, October 9, 2020 at 11:00am at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 N. Lake St. Aurora, IL. 60506 with visitation preceding from 9:00am until the funeral hour at 11:00 am.

Friends paying their respects at the visitation and funeral service will be asked to have a face covering and practice social distancing while in the funeral home.
