Isabelle L. Fox, 92, of Oswego, passed away Monday, November 1, 2021 at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora. She was born October 27, 1929 in Aurora, Illinois, the daughter of Thomas and Isabel (LaFleur) Murray.

Isabelle was heavily involved with Girl Scouts. She enjoyed riding her bike on trails, reading, and viewing fall foliage, but mostly spending time with her family.

Survivors include her children William (Kathleen) Fox, Michael Fox, Robert (Mary) Fox, Catherine (Gary) Hughes, Christine Pike, Mary Ellen (Randy) Sondgeroth, Susan (Matthew) Wood and Theresa Chavez; 23 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Fox; her daughter, Carolyn Fox; her two sons, Gary Fox and Joseph Fox in infancy; sons-in-law Francisco Chavez and Charles Pike; her grandson Andrew Fox; three brothers Joseph, Thomas, and John Murray; and two sisters Lorraine Hagerman and Mary Craig.

Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021 from THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY at 12:45 PM to St Anne Church in Oswego at 1:30 PM. Interment will follow at River Hills Memorial Park in Batavia. Visitation will be held Friday, November 5, 2021 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, with the Rosary being recited at 4:30 PM, at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 N. Lake Street, Aurora, IL 60506. (630) 631-5500.
