Ines P. Navarro, 88, of Aurora, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She was born December 7, 1934 in Mexico.
On July 8, 1956, she married Ignacio R. Navarro and together they raised 11 children. Ines loved taking care of her family and was a very loving, kind, and caring person with a great sense of humor. She was an amazing cook and enjoyed cooking for her family very much. Ines enjoyed shopping so much that, even when she was feeling tired, she would get excited and find a lot of energy to go shopping with any of her family members. She was a very stylish lady who had many purses and shoes that she would interchange often to fit any occasion. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her children Jose Ignacio Navarro, Maria G. (David) Hernandez, Jose Luis (Eloisa) Navarro, Francisca (Mark) Woodcox, Patricia (Ronald "Pepe") Ruiz, Rosalinda (Pat) Comer, Alejandro (Denise Rivera) Navarro, Marco Antonio (Elizabeth) Navarro, Gloria Navarro; 21 grandchildren whom they called "Mema"; 9 great grandchildren and two on the way; her sister Ernestina Dominguez; her brother Angel (Susy) Perez; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Ignacio R. Navarro; her twins Alex and Patty Navarro; and her parents.
Funeral from THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 9:30am to St. Peter Church at 10:00am. Fr. Ruben Herrera will officiate with interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
