Doris Marie Langston, 90, of Aurora passed away peacefully Thursday, May 27, 2021. She was born February 4, 1931 in Aurora, IL to Mary and Harry Zemansky.
Doris was united in marriage to Emmett Langston on September 16, 1950. They shared 70 wonderful years together. She was a very loving wife, mother, grandma and great grandma. Doris will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband Emmett O. Langston; her two sons Larry L. (Diane) Langston of Serena, IL and Michael R. (Lynne) Langston of Hinckley, IL; four grandchildren Andy (Kristen) Langston, Jason (Laura) Langston, Michelle (Chris) Langston-Salava, and Gary Langston; five great grandchildren Caden Langston, Cooper Langston, Nolan Langston, Kellen Langston, and Mikey Salava; her sister Joan Plante of Aurora, IL; her sister-in-law Shirley Zemansky of Aurora, IL; her brother-in-law Robert Eckhoff of Aurora, IL; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Mary (Klaren) and Harry Zemansky; three brothers Harold, Robert, and Thomas Zemansky; her sister Elaine Eckhoff; her brother-in-law Robert Plante; her two nieces Karen (Eckhoff) Huddleston and Linda Plante; and her nephew Jaime Plante.
Funeral from THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY will be Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 10:00am to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church at 10:30am. Fr. Jerome Leake will officiate with interment at St. Joseph Cemetery.
