Diane M. Szudarski, 51, of Aurora, passed away Monday October 25, 2021, at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora. She was born April 14, 1970 in Aurora, the daughter of (the late) Wayne and Monica (Apaceller) Maller.
Diane attended school in the Oswego School District. She married the love of her life, Bryant Szudarski, on Sweetest Day, October 16, 1999, and they spent the next 22 happy years together.
Diane always enjoyed decorating her home for every special holiday. She loved beaches and boating, spending time outdoors tending to her beautiful gardens at home, and feeding and watching the birds, ducks, and squirrels. Most of all she enjoyed her daily walks with her beloved dog, Thor.
Diane was extremely sympathetic to others concerns and was always wanting to help everyone.
Diane was a Realtor for Kettley Realty for 18 years for which she put in a lot of energy, and loved every minute of it. She was also a doTerra consultant which she had a real passion for the last few years, and she also kept up with her Mary Kay Cosmetics business whenever anyone needed a product. Also, she was the best partner Bryant could ask for in regards to their G&M Builders, Inc. business. Together they became "teamski". She became a pro at bookkeeping and all that went with handling the books for their thriving business.
Diane is survived by her adoring and devoted husband, Bryant M. Szudarski; her loving mother Monica Maller; her much loved brother Erick K. Maller; her grandmother Theresa Apaceller, as well as an aunt and uncle, cousins, nieces and nephews, and countless friends. She is also survived by her in-laws Norbert and Sharon Szudarski, sister-in-law Adelle Szudarski, brother-in-law Steve (Cathy) Szudarski, sister-in-law Adrienne (Eric) Concha, and brother-in-law Terry (Loan) Szudarski. She is also survived by her sweet, precious dog, Thor.
Diane was preceded in death by her father Wayne K. Maller; her maternal grandfather John Apaceller, Jr.; her paternal grandparents Frank and Minnie Maller; and by her brother-in-law David Szudarski.
Diane courageously fought the tough 2 year battle with cancer to the very end. Her loving and generous spirit will be deeply missed by each and every life she touched.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October 29, 2021 at 7:00pm at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 N. Lake Street, Aurora, Illinois 60506. (630) 631-5500.
Visitation will be Friday, October 29, 2021 from 3:00 pm until the time of service at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY. Interment will be private.
