On Monday, August 28, 2022 Dan G. Summers, loving husband and father, passed away at age 89.
Dan was born April 2, 1933 in Gleason, TN. He had a passion for being Mr. Fix-It. Dan worked in construction and building materials.
He was known for his kind and compassionate spirit, as well as his quick wit and infectious smile.
Survivors include his loving wife Oma; his eight children Danny, Sheron, Fred, Diana, Ricky, Terry, Connie and Ronnie; his fourteen grandchildren; his twenty one great grandchildren; and his two brothers Robert and Kenneth.
Dan was preceded in death by his father Clarence, his mother Mary, his sisters Gladys, Sue, Dorothy and his brother Richard.
A Celebration of Dan's life will be held at a later date.
