Carmen Saravia went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 20, 2022. She was born November 16, 1918, in Honduras. She was the 6th of 10 children born to Carmen and Modesto Rodriguez. She lived in San Francisco, California from 1953 to 1957, before returning to Honduras, where she lived until 2014, when she moved to Naperville, Illinois. She is survived by her daughter, Marcia (Dan) Reed; her sister, Laura Fijman (age 102); three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A private burial, for immediate family, will be held at Wheatland Township Cemetery, in Naperville.
