Carlos Diaz, Jr. 31, of Aurora, Illinois passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024in Batavia, Illinois. He was born June 21, 1993 in Aurora, Illinois.

He was full of life, a happy and joyful person who was loved by all. He loved singing and dancing. Carlos was a devoted father, a loving son and a cherished brother, he will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his two children, Carlos Dylan Diaz, Gianna Nicole Diaz; his parents, Carlos and Gloria (Urbina) Diaz, Sr.; three sisters, Ashley Diaz, Maria Guadalupe Diaz, Ariana Diaz; the mother of his children, Karina Lopez; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his god brother, Jonathan Chaves; his paternal grandparents, Victor and Guadalupe Diaz-Rocha, Sr.; his maternal grandparents, Jose and Manuela Urbina; his great grandmother, Maria Quinonez; two uncles, Victor Diaz, Jr., Ruben Diaz, Jr.; a cousin, Isabel Valdez.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 11:30 AM from THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY to St. Rita of Cascia Church at 12:00 PM. Fr. Alexander Suarez will officiate with interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 15, 2024 from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 North Lake Street, Aurora, IL 60506. 630-631-5500.
