Beverly Ann Rubu (nee Sartain), 83, resident of Shelby Township, Michigan, and formerly of Aurora, IL., passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2022. Beverly was born on January 2, 1939 in Aurora, IL. to the late Hurless F. and Wiletta Fay (nee Holmes) Sartain. She was a graduate of West Aurora High School. Beverly met the love of her life and was married on October 6, 1956 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Aurora, IL.
She was the beloved wife of 65 years to Carl J. Rubo; loving mother of Cynthia (John) Adams, Ronald (Nicole) Rubo, Deborah (David) Pranger, and Cheryl (Andy) Reed; proud grandmother of six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; dear sister of Hurless Jay (Val) Sartain and the late Robert Sartain, Virginia G. Sartain, and Michael Sartain; and by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 North Lake Street, Aurora. 630-631-5500.
Visitation will be held at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 North Lake Street, Aurora on Friday, September 16, 2022 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM with Rosary at 4:00 PM.
