Betty L. (Fiester) Campbell, 95, of Aurora passed away peacefully on January 2, 2024 with her family by her side. Betty was born on January 12, 1928 in Aurora, and was the daughter of Roy and Marie (Erath) Fiester. She was a graduate of East Aurora High School, Class of 1946. The late John Campbell and Betty were united in marriage on June 5, 1948. After John's death, Betty met her neighbor, Robert Campbell who was a widower. Robert and Betty were united in marriage on May 11, 1985.
She is survived by her daughters Connie (William) Noltemeyer of Aurora, Janice (Robert) Cinto of Oswego, and Patricia (Douglas) Duffy of Watseka, six grandchildren: Melissa (Anthony) LeCuyer; twins Kristin and Katie Cinto; Douglas (Shantel) Duffy; Kayla and Dylan Duffy. She was Grandma Great (Gigi) to her eight great-grandchildren: Madeline and Aiden LeCuyer; Jackson Hourselt; Kayson, Kinsley, and Kyler Duffy; Carson and Brandon Jordan. She is also survived by her sister Mildred Hinds and many nieces and nephews.
Betty was preceded in death by her first husband, John Campbell; her second husband, Robert Campbell; her parents, Roy and Marie Fiester, her sisters Carolyn Clemen and Shirley Krantz, and her brother James Fiester.
She worked at S.S. Kresge Co. and left to raise her children. Betty enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and with her beloved cat Mitzi. Betty enjoyed tending to her yard and flowers and bowling and bus trips with her husband and friends. She was a member of St. Joseph Parish and a lifetime member of the Phoenix Club.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 8, 2024 from the Daleiden Mortuary at 11:30 am to St. Joseph Church at 12:00 noon. Fr. Jerome Leake will officiate with interment at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.
