Alina Ann Torres, age 35, of Aurora, Illinois, passed away on Monday January 22nd, 2024 at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, Illinois. She was born September 15th, 1988 in Chicago, Illinois. Alina especially loved being a devoted mother to her three children. Alina's five dogs along with all her family and friends were very important to her. She was very passionate in her career as a private caregiver to the elderly for the past 10 years.
She is survived by her partner of 16 years and father of their 3 children, Roberto Ayala; her children Jordan age 14, Juliana age 8, and Xavier 1 week old. In addition to her partner and children, her mom, Christina Rossel and Dad, Eduardo Melendez, survive her as well as two brothers, Frankie Torres and Nicholas Melendez; her grandmother, Emily Hernadez; her father & mother in law, Demetrio and Elizabeth Ayala; three uncles, David Rossel (Rose), Antonio Rossel, and Mark Rossel (Suzy); and her best friend of 25 years, Jessica Rowlett.
Preceding her in death are her father; Salvador Torres and maternal grandfather, Antonio Rossel.
Funeral services for Alina will be held on Tuesday, January 30th, 2024 at 1:30 PM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 North Lake Street, Aurora, Illinois, 60506. 630-631-5500. Following the funeral service at the mortuary, burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery in Aurora, Illinois. There will be a visitation for her on Monday, January 29th, 2024 at THE DALEIDEN MORTAURY from 4:00 pm until 7:00 PM.
After the services are concluded on Tuesday afternoon the family will have a gathering at The Turners Club, 1335 Mitchell Road, Aurora, Illinois from 4:00 PM until -7:00 PM where friends are family are invited to continue to share memories of Alina.
