Alice Marie Kramer, 91, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Rush Copley Medical Center. Alice was born on February 2, 1932 in Juniata, Nebraska, the daughter of Ralph and Louise (Bobzien) Hoffman. On June 8, 1957 she married Melvin Kramer at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Aurora.
A devoted mother, loving grandmother, and great grandmother, Alice enjoyed giving by volunteering for such organizations as Meals On Wheels and the soup kitchen. She was a great believer in 'giving back' to her community. She is cherished and will be missed by her family and friends.
Alice is survived by her four children, Kimberly (Robert) Williams, Michelle (Tito) Spiros, Maureen (Larry) Lindsey, and Stephanie (Joseph) Pojman; nine grandchildren; and twenty-one great grandchildren; brother, Albert (Jean) Hoffman; sister, Shirley Rosenow and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death is her husband of 65 years, Melvin; brothers, Ralph and James Hoffman; and her parents.
Funeral Mass will begin Thursday May 25, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Church, 722 High Street in Aurora. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 9:00 AM until 10:45 AM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 North Lake Street, Aurora, Illinois. 630-631-5500.
