Victor Rodriguez

Victor Rodriguez, Sr., 66, of Aurora, died Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn. He was born December 16, 1955, in Ft. Myers, FL, the son of Teofilo and Felipa (Camareno) Rodriguez. Victor worked hard all his life and was a great provider. His signature lifestyle was riding his bicycle/scooter wearing his dark sunglasses and hat, listening to music. He was full of life and full of energy. Victor was known for his long hair and big mustache and he always wore red and black clothing. He was a unique person, very full of life, and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Victor touched everyone’s life in many special ways. He always made time to call and visit his family and friends faithfully. He was loved greatly and will be missed by all. The streets of Aurora will never be the same without him. He was preceded in death by his parents; seven sisters; two brothers; his daughter Lisa Ann Rodriguez, and his great-granddaughter Natalie. Survivors include his children Sylvia Rodriguez, Victor Rodriguez Jr., Lizette Nate Rodriguez, Alyssa Rodriguez and Jazmin Zavala; seven grandchildren Reylina, Damian, Damein, Angelo, Janessa, Christopher, Makayla; one great-granddaughter Azalea; four sisters Olga, Alicia, Carmen and Amalia; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00 PM until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY.
