Mary B. Everett

Mary B. Everett, 69, of Aurora, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2013 at her home. She was born May 6, 1944 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mary retired from the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office, where she worked as a Registered Nurse in the Department of Corrections. She was an accomplished seamstress and skilled knitter, was an avid Green Bay Packer fan, and also enjoyed reading. Mary was a member of Holy Angels Church and was also a member of the Citizens Police Academy of Aurora, IL. Survivors include her loving husband, Alvin Everett; her children, Christina (Mike) Burns, Michelle (Jeff) Coates and Timothy Coates; her grandchildren: Jennifer (Graciano) Flores, Cecilia (Jason) Viney, Michael Klinesmith, Sean Burns, Anthony Reillo, Anna Reillo and Nikki Coates; her great grandchildren, Dominick Coronado and Ava Viney; her sisters: Kathy (Michael) Warpinski, Margaret (David) DeBruine, Jane Ronsman, Nancy (Chuck) Schultz, Amy (Alan) Warpinski, Lora (Dick) Anderson, Lucy (Ron) Bunker, Dr. Cecilia (Paul) Stuopis and Anastasia (Charles) Warpinski; her brothers: Mark (Sue) Warpinski, Dr. Joe (Sally) Warpinski, Dr. Jim (Diane) Warpinski, John (Becky) Warpinski and Dr. Luke (Susan) Warpinski; numerous nieces and nephews; her in-laws: Michael (Chris) Everett, Phyllis (Will) Blackmon, Patrick (Betty) Everett, Candace (Gary) Pittner and Michelle Pistick; her step-mother, MaryAnn Warpinski; and her dog, “Bella”, and cats, “Maggie” and “Abbie”. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Marian Warpinski; her sister, Susan Warpinski; her granddaughter, Samantha Felitz; her brother-in-law, Tom Ronsman; and her former husband, Jon Coates. Mary’s family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Aaron Lazar, Angels Grace Hospice Care and her sister, Lora Anderson, her Hospice nurse. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2013 from THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY at 9:30 AM to Holy Angels Church at 10:00 AM. Fr. Randy Fronek will officiate. Private interment services will be held at a later date.
