Camille Mary Kellogg

Camille Mary Kellogg (nee Randall) Age 74, of Aurora, peacefully passed away joining our Lord on Wednesday, October 25 at her home in Aurora, IL surrounded by her devoted sons. She was born on January 24, 1943, the youngest of three wonderful girls, to Magdalen E. (Gedel) and Paul J. Randall in Chicago, IL. Camille leaves three children to cherish her memory Magdalen E. (Eric) Kellogg-Johnson of Seneca Falls, NY and Chicago, IL, Randall L. Kellogg of Aurora, IL, and Harold F. Kellogg of DeKalb, IL; and one extremely loved and talented granddaughter Camille Susan Kellogg-Johnson of Seneca Falls and Chicago, her devoted and beautiful sisters Joan (Kenneth) Weistroffer of St. Charles, IL, and Pauline (the late Ted) Mitchell of Lombard, IL, and two generous sisters-in-law Kris Fox Kellogg of Aurora, IL, and Peggy Kellogg Dembek of Corona, CA; as well as, many loved nephews and nieces including James K. Weistroffer of Florida, Catherine (Mrs. Karl Johnson) of Altona, IL, Dr. Joseph (Tara) Weistroffer of Kalamazoo, MI, and Paul Weistroffer of Cocoa Beach, FL, Stephen (Kathy) Mitchell of Algonquin, IL, Philip (Mary) Mitchell of Chicago, IL, Ann (Mark) Mitchell of Florida, Martha Cavender of Villa Park, IL, and Katie (Mrs. Matthew Slayter) of Rockford, IL, Elizabeth Kellogg (Mrs. William Kane) of Sutton, MA, and Kayleen Kellogg of Corona, CA; as well as many precious great nieces and nephews that she loved dearly; plus one very special “adopted daughter” Diane Wagner Grunewald of Nashville, TN. She is predeceased in death by her best friend and loving husband of 32 years William L. Kellogg in 1999, her parents Paul J. Randall in 1977 and her mother Magdalen E (Gedel) Randall in 2014; her in-laws Harold and Eileen (Cobb) Kellogg, and her brothers-in-laws Ted Mitchell, Dennis K. Kellogg, Terrance Kellogg and sister-in-law Lynn (Millen) Kellogg. Camille lived and worked in Chicago for CNA until she met William through the Dominick’s Club of Aurora. She continued her career as a compassionate, caring and hardworking Nurses Aid in Sandwich and DeKalb, Illinois, as well as Lake Geneva, WI. Later, in retail, she was an engaging and “mother like” sales person at The Plaza Residence Center of NIU and at Aurora University. Camille was a light-hearted, generous and understanding sister, mother, grandmother and aunt who loved her family deeply and will be terribly missed. A mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, October 30 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 180 S. Russell Ave, Aurora IL. Visitation will be held Sunday, October 29 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 4:00p.m., at Daleiden Mortuary, 220 N. Lake St, Aurora, IL. Private interment will follow cremation.
