Barbara A. Peck

Barbara A. Peck, 93, of Aurora passed away on July 23, 2025 at her home at Bardwell Residence. She was born in 1932 in Aurora, Illinois, the daughter of Ira and Clara (Dietsch) Mosley. She and her husband Stanley Martin Peck shared 71 years of marriage and together they raised thirteen children in a loving home in Montgomery, Illinois. Barbara had a strong Catholic faith and was a proud member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Aurora. She is survived by her nine children, Lynn Walder, Rev. David Peck, Thomas (Patty Bajt) Peck, Andrew (Julie) Peck, Joann (Vincent) Spaeth, Daniel (Jennifer) Peck, Edward (Megan) Peck, Gerald Peck, Johnathan (Kimberly) Peck; her son in law, Marcel Beretta; twenty one grandchildren, Gregory (Shelly) Walder, Aubrey Stiennen, Ann (Brian Scheinkman) Paprocki, Jeffrey Paprocki, Matthew (Anna) Paprocki, Jennifer Peck, Stephanie (Ubaldo Jr.) Benavidez, Aaron (Joanna) Peck, Elisabeth (Andrew Img) Beretta, Emily Beretta, Annamarie (Jake) Aiello, Amelia Beretta, Michael (JoAnna) Spaeth, Olivia Spaeth, Grant (Olivia) Spaeth, Eliza, Campbell and Mark Peck, Madison, Stanley and Jacob Peck; twenty five great grandchildren Miles, Ian and Claire Walder, Arlington and Maggie Stiennen, Cecelia Taylor, Vivian and Eve Scheinkman, Dade, Ally, Adam and Lily Paprocki, Fiona and Peter Paprocki, Benjamin and Martha Beretta Img, Anthony Peck-Gimlin, Neo Jordan Boehl, Averiana Finley, Anissa Corral, Alani Benavidez, Rylie Baxter, Natalie Valencia, Ayden Peck and Julian Peck; one great great grandchild; three sisters, Patricia Torrance, Alice Seidelman, and Kathy Angel. Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Martin Peck; Nan Peck-Haas, Mary Beretta, Kenneth Peck, Karen Paprocki, son-in-law Lawrence Paprocki; and her great grandson Gabriel Stiennen.
