CAROLE JEAN ADAMS
1933 – 2011

Carole Jean Adams, 77 of Aurora passed away Friday, June 17, 2011 at Provena Mercy Center in Aurora, IL. She was born July 27, 1933 in Beech Grove, IN.

Carole had a long career as a registered nurse, taking time off to raise her seven children. She retired from nursing with Mercy Hospital, Behavioral Health in Aurora in 2001. Her grace, courage and kindness will live in our hearts forever.

Survivors include her father, Emmet Robert Miller; seven children, Timothy Adams of Aurora, IL, Jeanne (Michael) Sambrookes of Michigan City, IN, Catherine (Randall) Valdivia of Elgin, IL, Daniel (Marilyn) Adams of New Palestine, IN, Michael (Jean) Adams of New Palestine, IN, Mary (the late, David) DeBaggis of Schererville, IN and Joseph (Vicki) Adams of Pickerington, OH; one sister, Marilyn (the late, Ralph) Schrage of Indianapolis, IN; one brother, David (Jeannie) Miller of Beech Grove, IN; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Audrey Rose (Gutsch) Miller.

Visitation will be Monday, June 20, 2011 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a liturgical wake service at 4:00 pm at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 N. Lake Street, Aurora, IL. 60506 (630) 631-5500.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 21, 2011 from 9:15 am at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, to Blessed Sacrament Church at 10:00 am. Fr. John A. Slampak will officiate with interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
